Why is team3 less than many other web design companies?

Team3 has programmers, marketers and accountants. These individuals work in their field of expertise on a full time basis and work for team3 on their down time. This is why we do not need to charge outrageous prices for services. Its simple, treat people fairly and honestly and you will be successful.

If I go with team3, what access will I have to my webpage?

That really depends on the service you choose. If you are hosting a page now and I use your current host then yes, If I host the page then you will have access to the website and not the server admin page or cpanel.

Do you  host the website or do you use a third party?

Most of my websites I use a third party.

Why do you use a third party?

The answer is really simple, honesty. If you think about it, it cost about 50 dollars to have internet and 100 a month for a business account. If I charged my clients 20 dollars a month to host their webpage and I have 10 clients then 5 people are paying for absolutely nothing. Its just profit to the webmaster. That also would be about 120 a year that my clients would have to pay. Thats not honest, I can sub-host through a third party for about 50 dollars a year and pass that on to my clients. Thats putting them first.

What about support, do you offer 24 hour 7 days a week?

Because team3 is comprised of working professional we try to make our website as maintenance free as possible. Many of the sites are created in WordPress and Joomla so my clients can make minor changes. Any other changes take about a day. Once a website is done, the production site is left up for a month for my clients to play and makes changes to see how the admin section works. I always advice them to play with the production site so they can feel comfortable with making changes to their own site.

What if I want to change the design of my webpage?

I offer my clients the option to do a total face lift of their website once a year. If there is something you don’t like, just let me know and I’m change it. The only thing I ask is to keep the lines of communication open so we can fix any problems that may arise.

I’m having problems using my dashboard, is there any help I can get?

When you site was published you would have gotten access to the productions site to play around and get yourself familiar with the dashboard. You can always ask team3 for help, that is included in your purchase but you can also view a video by clicking here.

What if I’m not happy with my service or webpage?

I would hope that it would never get to that point and to make sure that my clients are happy, all work is done up front and has to be approved by my client before I accept any payment. Now how many webmasters can give you that guarantee.
